Fix Your Phone

If you use a cell phone regularly, and most people do, you can use aluminum foil as a cheaper way to make a shield. Yes, you can buy EMF blocking phone cases, but this works too. Just use the aluminum foil inside of your existing case, and add extra layers for more protection.

Shield Electronics

You want to be able to use your electronics without the added radiation. You can easily make a Faraday box by lining it with tin foil and placing your device inside of the box. This works great for when you’re not using something – even your cell phone.

WiFi Routers

WiFi routers are another device that can be used with tin foil. You’ll make the same type of box as the one to shield your electronics, but don’t use the base. When the router isn’t being used, like when you go to bed, place the box over the router with a sheet of tin foil underneath the router.
