EMF and Your Pets
Many of us know about the negative health effects from electromagnetic radiation (EMF). But what about our beloved pets? Are they affected too? Here is some information on EMF and your pets, and what you can do to help.
How Is Your Pet Exposed?
Being that many of us keep our pets indoors, and for good reason, this means they are exposed almost in the same way you are. Of course, they’re not wearing earbuds or talking on a cell phone, but they are still exposed in a number of ways.
Everything from WiFi routers to electronic devices and being in a heavily populated city can cause your pet to have exposure to EMF radiation. The worst part of this is that they cannot tell you they’re feeling the effects. You might notice your pet not feeling well, and have no clue of the reason. In some cases, it may be due to EMF radiation. Just like leaving us feeling the effects, your pets can as well.
EMF radiation can cause effects on digestion, behavior, fertility, digestion, and more. Cancer and endocrine issues are also possible.
How Do You Protect Your Pets?
We want to protect our pets so what do we do? First of all, limit exposure if possible. If you’re not using your electronic devices, it is helpful to unplug them.
You can also get EMF protection devices such as paint, wearable items, and faraday cages for your router. If possible, create a safe space for you pet by having a room with no electronics, and as far aways from them as possible.
EMF and Your Pets
We want our pets to be healthy, happy, and live longer. Sometimes our pets have to be exposed to things that create EMF radiation. But it is a good idea to minimize the damage that can happen as much as you can. Your pets having a healthy lifestyle helps them too, just like it helps us. Exercise, the right food, and playtime are all very important components in your pet’s life.
