Tips to Protect Yourself From EMF Exposure
We live in a very different world than someone did in the 70s and earlier. Back then there were not the types of electronics you find today. But, now that we have them, it’s difficult to not be around various electronic devices. The problem is EMF (electromagnetic field radiation is found in most of these things. Tips to Protect Yourself from EMF Exposure
There are a few ways you can protect yourself from EMF exposure. The first is by eliminating some of your time spent on a computer. Many of us work with them, and if you spend time at home on the computer also, you are maximizing the risk.
Proximity is another issue. You want to be as far away as possible. Never put a computer in your main area of living or a bedroom , if possible.
Carry your cell phone in some kind of bag instead of on your body.
Put your phone in airplane mode if you simply have to have it near you while you are sleeping.
Opt out of smart metering. This involves a call to your power company but some areas do allow you to opt out of having one.
Use hardwiring instead.
Unplug your electronic devices when you’re not using them.
Protection is Key
It’s not easy for everyone to make these changes. But they can be made. People existed in the past without having what we have. And while you’ll still need to use a computer for certain things, you don’t have to use it constantly.
