Your Health and 5G

Your Health And 5G

You’ve probably heard some about your health and 5G. But what is the right information? What can you do to stay safer from the effects of 5G? Here is more on what it is, how it affects your health, and what you can do.

How Does 5G Work?

In layman’s terms, 5G works by using wave or radio frequency energy (RF) to receive and transmit data. It also has better latency, which is the response time. A faster latency means you send and receive data much faster. This makes talking to friends, viewing sites, and using apps faster and more convenient.

What Are the Risks?

One of the problems with this technology being new is that there are no extensive studies on the dangers of 5G. However, there was a study done that showed the following,

The case study showed that a 5G base station only 5 meters above the roof of a 62 and 63 year old couple’s apartment caused a sharp increase in radiation, leading them to develop clear symptoms of Microwave Syndrome (similar to Havana Syndrome), within a few days. Their symptoms included fatigue, dizziness, headache, difficulty sleeping, concentration, and memory problems.

This study was conducted by the Swedish Radiation Protection Foundation, and was completed by Lennart Hardell, a researcher and oncologist. The symptoms the family had included memory issues, fatigue, insomnia, dizziness, and headaches.

The data showed that before when they had a 4G base station that was switched to a 5G station, the radiation levels increased exponentially. From 9,000 microW/m2 to around 1,690,000, which as you can see, is an alarming difference.

What Can You Do?

There are a few ways you can try to minimize some of the damage. For one, minimize the time you are around 5G. Of course, if you have a base station near you, that’s more difficult. But if your phone is 5G, reduce the time you spend with it. Of course, you can always disable the 5G on your phone.

Crowded areas are another place to avoid when possible. Stadiums, concerts, etc all have the potential of you being exposed to a lot of 5G. This doesn’t mean you cannot go anywhere, but it does mean you’re more at risk.

These are just a couple of ways to reduce your risk of 5G exposure. If you are buying a new home, make sure you are as far away from a 5G base station as possible – at least 200 feet, which shouldn’t be too difficult.
