We all want to live healthier, and those aware of the risks of EMF radiation know it is important to limit your exposure. But how hard is it in reducing EMF exposure at work where you don’t have as much control of your surroundings? Here are a few tips.

While you may not be able to just move things around at will, and this depends on what kind of office you work in like your own or a cubicle farm, there are a few things that help.
Proximity Is Key
How close you are to a WiFi booster or router is important. If possible, put at least 20 feet between you and these electronics. If you can make it happen, these should
Wired for Sound (and more)
If possible, make sure your desk phone is wired rather than wireless. Fortunately, many offices with desk phones use wired ones.
Disable When Not Using
When you’re not using your cell phone, disable the Bluetooth and wireless. You can still enable these items when needed, but this helps minimize some of the EMF radiation.
Can’t Take the Heat?
Here’s an easy one. If you use a space heater in your office, make sure it’s a ceramic one. These are very easy to find and better for your health when it comes to EMF radiation.
Listen Up
If you have external speakers for your computer, make sure you plug them in as far away from your desk as possible.
Take a Break
During lunch or breaks, take a walk outside if you can, and let your body detox some from the EMF radiation you’re exposed to. Not only are nature walks good for the soul and mind, they’re good for your body. It will help relieve stress too.
